I bought this set because I needed something technical for winter jogging but also casual enough for travel. I’m 5'6″ / 125, ordered S — the proportions are spot on. The seamless design means no irritation, and the Cappuccino looks really nice. It’s rare to find a merino outfit that’s this functional and stylish.

Ordered a medium. I’m usually a small. Still very tight. Unfortunately a final sale and could not return it for a large. Very disappointed in the sizing.

At 5’4″ / 125 lb in a Small, this set is nearly perfect. The fabric is soft and natural, not synthetic-feeling. I appreciate the zoned support across the leggings, and the thumb loops really works in very cold wind. A high-quality merino running outfit, five stars!!

This Run Flow Set is a thoughtful piece of kit. Size M is good ( I’m 5’8″ / 145 lb), and the fit is snug but forgiving. The combination of merino gives a balanced feel — warm on the way out and breathable on the way back. My only wish: a little more compression in the waistband for hill sprints.
